By using https://eloundaweb.gr (the "Website"), operated by George Sfyrakis, Elounda, Crete, Greece ("Eloundaweb", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. What the Website is

Eloundaweb is a local guide to Elounda, Agios Nikolaos and eastern Crete. We provide information and recommendations about boat trips, safari excursions, beaches, restaurants, events and other experiences, and we help you arrange them. The content is for general and professional information, and does not constitute medical, legal or safety advice.

3. Bookings and third-party services

  • Experiences and services shown on the Website are delivered by independent third-party operators (boat operators, tour organisers, restaurants, chefs, wellness providers and others).
  • When we arrange a booking for you, we act as an intermediary. The service contract is between you and the operator, unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Prices, cancellation conditions and refunds are those confirmed to you at the time of booking.
  • We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, safety or cancellation of third-party services, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Prices, availability and information accuracy

We try to keep information accurate and current, but prices, schedules, availability, opening hours and descriptions may change without notice. Please confirm details with us or the operator before relying on them. Photos are illustrative.

5. Weather, sea conditions and safety

Many activities depend on weather and sea conditions (for example strong winds, or meltemi, can lead to changes or cancellations). Decisions about safety belong to the operator and the skipper or guide. You are responsible for your own health, fitness, swimming ability, suitable clothing, sun protection and travel or accident insurance, and for following safety instructions. Age, health and mobility restrictions may apply to some activities.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Website unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content in bulk without permission; or use the Website to send spam or misleading information.

7. Intellectual property

The Website's text, layout, logo, photos and other content belong to Eloundaweb or its licensors and are protected by Greek, EU and international law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, and use the provided share buttons. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit our content without written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights, the courts of Agios Nikolaos / Lasithi have jurisdiction.
